I would opt for the Walther PPK/S in 380 cal. nice off duty carry gun and enough shots for a fast get away........

I am going to say I don't recommend the PK 380 as I had one and even though it was a hammer gun which I prefer it never functioned right not did it feel right in my hand. It felt cheap. The CCP I never really had a chance to look at one or handle one so I can't really say much about them either. The PPS I have seen and handled but never shot one. The gun does feel like a Walther and looks to have their quality. Now to my recommendation, anything that you can afford that feels good in your hands. Go somewhere that gives you the opportunity to actually fire one. Then chose based upon your feelings. Unless you like the gun you will never really trust it, should TSHTF. My carry gun is a Kimber Micro 9. I love it and trust it.
Well here I am a couple years after my first post on this thread. I still CC my CCP M2+ in 9mm in cooler weather but my new hot weather CC is a Kahr CW380. Fits nice in a pocket holster and is extremely reliable after getting 200 rds down the pipe. My CCP M2+ in 380 is now my wife's favorite.

Of the 3 guns the OP listed, the PPS is a likely reliable CCW candidate. The CCP is a great shooter, easy rack for people who may need that ease of operation, but there are some reports of the recoil spring being a bit too soft and rounds not fully feeding. Found a reliable CCP for my wife, keep it well lubricated and it's been flawless (both the gun and the wife). PK is a fine weapon, but the low skirts on the slide can lead to slide bite. If you really like that look, check out the Bersa Thunder series in .380. No slide bite. I have several and all have been reliable with EVERY ammo I've fed them. There is even the 'PLUS' model with 15 round double stack .380, which is my primary CCW of choice for the last 7 years or so.
