Can anyone tell me about the Weatherby "elephant "sling?

It goes to a .378, .416 or .460 Weatherby? 
Seriously though, they apparently sell for a surprising amount of money on e-bay, assuming it is the one in the photo, original and in pretty good condition. I have seen prices from $150-$300. Most of those slings got hard field use and are quite worn. Try asking on a Weatherby rifle forum.
