Walther customer service personnel question

Currently I'm speaking with "Mary" via email about unacceptable warranty work and barrel issues I'm having. I seem to not be getting anywhere. Does anyone have a contact email for someone higher in the food chain? Email is important to me as I'm in Afghanistan, it keeps conversations honest, and I'm trying to solve this issue for my wife.

Tim: You didn't buy a Walther product. You bought a Umarex pistol. Umarex, an air soft operation, is the parent company. The PK380 has a spotty track record, along with its siblings, the P22, the SP22, the G22, the new CCP, etc. If you get a real Walther, you won't be dissatisfied: P99, P99C, PPQ, PPS, or one of the classics from Walther's heyday. Sadly, that heyday is long since past.

You are correct, by the way: The sort of customer service you have received to date is not acceptable. Were it my pistol, I would get Glen Seiter on the phone.
