I recently bought a "cross-draw" holster from Kirkpatrick for about $80. I've noticed a thread or two about holsters, so I thought I'd toss this one out for consideration.
Concealable owb gun holsters and accesories - Texas Cross Draw TCD
So, the quality and workmanship are outstanding. It took about 8 weeks to get it, so it better be good quality, but really... it's honestly a beautiful piece of leather work.
The fit is PERFECT. It was very tight at first, but quickly adjusted itself to snugly but gently caress my PPK. It's comfortable to carry whether standing or sitting, and rides above the seat belt when driving. Because it carries the gun grip forward it reveals a lot less when you bend over, but it really doesn't "print" any more in a relaxed upright position than a strong side holster.
I'll leave to you the responsibility of researching the pros and cons of cross draw carry, but if it's something you're comfortable with, Kirkpatrick offers a truly wonderful holster option.
6 + 1, safety off, hammer down...
