As it is spring operated, you will have to cock it mannually for each shot even though you have a many BB's mag. Spring should not be too hard to pull for only 200fps so can be suitable for fairly young "safety knowledgeable" kids.

Any way, for 20$, you can't go too wrong!

 

Its the best p99 airsoft you can buy. I have dropped mine fron 4 feet onto numerous hard surfaces including brick and asphalt. 13 rd mags. Spring guns are extremely reliable.
