Why is it that both 15 and 16 round mags were made? Robert, yours aren't just 15 and then 1 in the chamber, are they? Not that it matters to me, but is there such thing as a hicap .40?

Robert's mags are 16 rounders. They only have a 15 round witness hole. I know they hold 16, because I have the mags in use that I purchased from Robert. He's a good guy and takes care of you promptly.
