No offense, but I found the 16 round 9mm mags for 2 for 70 shipped if you're looking to move them quicker

are the mags "pre bann",  LEO marked  or new ones whithout markings (since I am a newbie I am not sure if those even where made in 16)

I think all 16 rounds are marked as LEO only - they only make 15 round mags now - But, it doesn't matter - since the ban is over.
