Just acquired from my local gun store that is closing. I had to use up a significant amount of credit I had leftover from selling a rifle.

Absolutely new in bag/unopened. Black leather, for right-hand usage.

MSRP is $140.

Is it the holster only or is the mag pouch included? Are there tie downs with it?

The holster is the Galco Miami Classic. It is a horizontal draw.

It comes with the dual magazine holder; however, it does *not* come with the straps for attaching the holster and the dual magazine holder to your belt. They are options not included with this kit.
