I took it out one time, no issues.

There are xs night sights with the small front sight that are less than a year old.
Original sights included.

I have the box, paperwork, 2 magazines, 3 back straps, magazine loader, everything that came with it.

The M1 used to come in .40 but no longer does. First round production, included 9mm and .40 but when the M2 was released (in both 9 and .40) the M1 was only continued in 9. There were changes made from the M1 .40 to the M2 (primarily the magazine); further information about these 'changes' can be found on the forum...
