Thinking about buying a shoulder rig from Cabelas. I spied this nice holster (I'm on a budget) that fits a Sigma...would that work for a P99?

The Sigma and P99/SW99 aren't even related to one another.  I doubt it would work. One key issue would be the trigger guards...the Sigma is rounded while the P99 is squared.

I know they're not even kissin cousins, I was really just after the size of the holster.

I was thinking that the triggerguards wouldn't jive anyway.

Hi Jeeps,

Just for info. my SW-99 fits in Glock 19 holsters, like they were made for it! While the trigger guard on the P-99 looks to
me to be slightly bigger then the G-19's I bet if you try your gun in various holsters you will be pleasantly suprised!

just a note, my P99 won't fit into my G19 Frobus kydex type holster. and the G19 won't fit into the Forbus P99 kydex holster.
but leather will give and alot of them can be reshaped some.
