Does anyone think the price will drop on the poly Q5 because of the Q5 sf?

Maybe, eventually. It may be faster to find one secondhand. Like on this forum

Possibly. But I don’t think there is enough in production to really matter. It’s a niche gun.

I don’t think so. Being that the SF is close to double in price I don’t see them competing for the same buyers.

Yea....the SF is a lot more expensive.

No doubt many Q5 owners will upgrade. That may get some used Q5s in the market but many will hold on to theirs.

It’s hard to say.

Frankly, I think extenernal factors such as who is in the WH etc...will likely play more of an issue on prices.

While among us at this forum, the Q5 is well known and understood, it’s virtually unknown at many gun shops.

Picked up my Q5 today from my lgs and I'm in love, any tips for changing the mag release to the other side? I've seen a few videos but I think I'm missing some trick to it.

I remember doing mine. Watched videos and all that. I think it was one of things I forgot about once I finished it because it was ...so much fun.

just got a once fired Q5 for 515 delivered on gunbroker. Don't know why he got rid of it but glad he did. It was looked at 10 times before I did BIN. Gun looks new.

Not me. I've got a SF on order and plan on keeping my Q5. I can't wait to compare the two side by side.
