Aside from what appears to be rounds in the cylinder, something in the trigger guard resting on the trigger (of a loaded firearm), and the questionable judgment of the individual who got in front of the muzzle of a gun in this condition to take the picture, there's nothing wrong...

Someone really needs to buy this gun to save a life, its current owner's life.
