Since the P99 comes with three sizes of backstraps, I was wondering which one you use?
My hands favor wraping around the petite smallest back that I can.
What is your choice?

I, like you, use the smallest backstrap. I have small hands and stubby fingers so that suits me well.
I guess you could say, small hands=small butt

Medium size stippled oak from KN-Nill on my OD P99.

As for the size of my butt, only my ex-wife knows for sure.

My butt is an extra-large but my backstrap is the medium.

 I am going to try the small one for a while though, it may fit me better.

Medium back strap for me. I may try the large for a little while though. My hands are pretty big.

My hand fits the large backstrap perfectly. I have long slim handsand long fingers. Very very comfortable.

I have short stubby fingers so I went with the smallest backstrap. That option was the biggest seller for me. IMO if a pistol doesn't fit comfortably in your hand then you should keep looking. Of coarse that only goes for your primary. I also think we would be remiss If we didn't take the oppertunity to own several other types of handguns, you know so we can be well rounded. For what it's worth my wife just doesn't see that as a good excuse. LOL

Medium. I've got average sized hands and the medium backstrap works perfectly for me.

I use the small one, the medium one felt good, but the small one just seemed to fit my hand better.

The medium feels good, but I have installed the small grip so my wife can handle the P99 with her smaller hands. I haven't had any problems with the small extension so far.

Just yesterday walked out of the shop with a NIB P99. My first.

Switched from the medium to the smallest right there in the shop before I left.  Feels about perfect!

Bye the way.....must I use 124 gr rounds during (300 round) breakin to avoid FTE....or can I use my standard target 115 gr Win White Box ammo?

i used 115gr S&B w/o any probs. had probs with Win White box during break in.

Always with Win White Box ammo? Or only the 115 gr.?

Only during the breakin?

And why would the 124 gr. eject any better?
