I went with a small lightweight scope in the 1.5-4.5 variable range.. Wanted to keep is as small, light and compact as possible. Seems to shoot very well thus equipped (approximately 2" max group size). From reading forums on line and my personal observations its my belief theres not much strength and/or support (rigidness) in the high stock mounting on a plastic stock. Solid attachment to barrel would be best for strength and support but thats not possible considering its construction. With some drastic modifications imagine it could be done though.
