Reading "emerz" post got me thinking; I was wondering which holsters y'all were using to pack your 99's. I had a Fobus Belt job, just boring. Got their Roto....sold it before I even used it.
Walking round a gun show I found a Don Hume "JIT slide" beltslide for the 99. $20.00, how can you go wrong!
I'm lefty, so that sometimes poses a problem with holsters. This one just "fits"...

So lets see and hear what y'all are packing with!

I use an Alessi CQC/s belt holster, in dark brown and a pair of talon clip mag pouches for carry.

For range work and games (IPSC / IDPA) I use a BladeTek belt model, for mag pouches I use Uncle mikes kydex doubles, and a Wilderness belt.

If anyone is interested I have a Fobus Right Hand Roto Holster for sale $20 delivered.

Hi! I had just bought my P99 a few weeks ago. It is a great gun. Traded in a Beretta for it. Good move on my part. I like it so much I took the CCDW class this past weekend so that I could carry it. Something I never wanted to do with the Beretta. I have just gotten a Fobus paddle holster and will try it out. Now I have a question that might sound stupid. The paddle part of the holster- is it to be stuck inside the pants while wearing a belt? I always thought so until instructor for the ccdw class showed up with a paddle holster with the paddle part on the outside of his pants hooked more on his belt.
Thanks

I have a Fobus roto paddle and I slide the paddle inside my pant waistband.

For what it's worth, I'm not a really big fan of my Fobus roto so far. I think I'd rather have something in leather. It's just not very comfortable to wear the Fobus IMO.....and the roto version sticks out quite a bit from my hip. Not sure if the regular paddle version sticks out as far.

I have the Fobus paddle [non-roto-] for my Sig 245. The paddle part goes between you and your pant.[inside]

I purchased the roto for my 99, but also found it to sit too far away from my body to be considered concealed. I sold it, and as I stated, went to the belt slide.
I have been considering a shoulder rig though....Hmmmmmm

I've got a FIST kydex IWB and a Fobus paddle for my P99. As for the Don Hume Jit Slide, while I may not have one for my P99 yet, I have 2 for my PPK/s and 1 for my Sig 229. I think they are great holsters, especially for the price!

I use Blade-Tech owb & mag pouch. The Fobus stuff looks like it was made by Barney Rubble & Fred Flintstone! Remember what the "churchlady" said...."Put your P-99 in something special!"

My IDPA number is 580 so I've seen some real changes in "holster attitude" since we got started. Some of the new "designs" really do push the limit of good taste & spirit of the rules for IDPA. But come on, a signed limited edition Fred Flintsone RotoHolster! I say let him in!!!

Hey Chris! I'm from the Philippines and coincidentally, I also carry a P99 and an Emerson La Griffe on a regular basis. Twas fun seeing that someone else had the same setup. Unfortunately I don't have a digicam to take a shot of it just yet. For my rig purposes, I use a custom bikini holster and an Uncle Mike's kydex dual mag holder.
