Looks like a variation of a model 4. If you have Dieter H. Marschall's book, I am looking at page 20. How about a shot of the REV on the grips.

Walther stopped producing the Model 4 in the 20's. The Model 4 was issued during WW1, but I don't see a Kaiser Stamp on the left side of the slide. Looks like a commercial version that was produced during the 20's.
