Hi, I was wonder what size backstrap you fellas like.
won't get my P99 til this weekend. The one on it I tried was the lg one and it kinda felt like the Glock to me which I didn't like that much, short fingers don't ya know. And the dealler wouldn't change im cause he didn't know how either.
But which one do you think is more 1911 type? Thanks JB

I usually have the MEDIUM installed. The SMALL would be my second choice. The LARGE feels too bulky to me.

I am like you and have short fingers. I installed the small backstap and it fits my hand very well.

It is easy to change; just tap out the roll pin, remove the existing strap and install the new one. The roll pin is easy to start.

In the beginning, I went back & forth between the medium (as it came) & the small backstrap. I finally settled on the medium. (my hands are just shy of a large glove size, just for reference)

Small for me, but I admit I haven't tried the other 2. I view them as blanks for carving, should I get ambitious and look to do something "custom"
