The reason I bring it up is there's a 1965 PPK .22 on the Cabelas site that is represented as a Dural but the slide markings just say "PPK .22 lr." with no "L" present. It comes with a box that is serial numbered to the gun and the box says "Dural" on it. Just curious.
By the way, the whole package, gun/box/manual/test target: $2,499. The gun doesn't look to be in as good a shape as the one I'm getting for $600 less.

If you happen to go to the site and check it out - do those grip panels look right? It looks like the black mottling was put on with a marker to me. You gentlemen would know more about it than I.
