I went to the range with my new 1998 model P99 9mm. I had 3 guns to work out so I didn't spend a lot of time with it. I put about 100 rounds of WWB 115gr down range. The first 50 or so rounds were nice tight groups (mostly 1 big hole with 2 or 3 flyers). I was using 15 round mags so when I say 1 hole it was about a 2" hole. It was shooting about 2" low of poa. I changed the front sight and things just got worse. I was shooting at the 7 yard range and my groups opened up to about 6 or 7 inches. I shot 3 mags and I did not get any better. I must have put the sight on wrong or maybe it's just a bad sight. I had other guns to work out so I didn't spend anymore time with it. Sure was fun though.

IF the gun is really shooting low - put the #3 site on. But, maybe put the original #4 back and have someone else try it first to see if it is U are the gun.

When I thought my USPc was shooting low - I rested it on sandbags, and discovered it was me - not the gun
