I just got off the phone with my man at CDNN and ordered two handpicked P99's. One .40 Full Size AS and one P99C AS in 9mm. Should be here by Monday I would think?? Pics to follow............

The only thing I'm not sure about is the full size one is the new frame style. What do you guys think about the new frame style VS the old style?? Opinions? Maybe I'll even run a poll, huh?

No problem, they're selling them for $400 plus shipping. Well, $399 actually but in my book that's $400. He said the two he picked for me looked MINT. We shall see..................

I wanted full size AS 9mm but they didn't have any first day of sale.

I like the new frame personally, over the pre 2004 frame.

Well hands down for the 2004 frame....
your P99/AS 9mm compact though will have the new frame style too, since there was no compacts with the closed rail.... So i think you did good matching the framestyles.... makes it that much easier with holsters if you should carry the P99.....

Well, I like the 04 frame a lot, but to be honest, the 05 frame has grown on me, I didn't like the longer mag release version when I saw photos of it. But when U own one, U end up liking it. First range trip w/ it was a little different. But after that, I got used to the longer mag release, and now I like it. It's easier than the short version to operate

Well even if I liked the older style better what good would it do me? The new style is here to stay...so I have two of the newer frame styles...but call me old fashioned, my first P99 was an older frame style and I just like the sleek looks of it much better...
