Can anyone make a suggestion for websites that sell used guns? Is there one out there that's pretty much 'the standard' for buying/selling used firearms, like Ebay is for household items? Also, is there a site for buying/selling used Tasers, etc?

Some of the sites go the auction route. Some people like that and enjoy the bidding process; others would rather see the asking price up front and either go for it or wait for the next opportunity. If you like the auctions, the two mentioned on earlier posts here are fine. If not, try this:

If you haven't already done so, you might want to offer your P99 to the membership here before it try to sell it online. That is a popular item and will doubtless attract some interest. Take a look at the rules of engagement for the trading post and give it a whirl. Good luck.
