Gents,
I currently own four Walthers and have had great service from Walther America on getting any service that I have needed. My question is, does Walter have a lifetime service agreement on its products? If so which ones?

Supposedly my Walther P99 has a 1 year warranty and I heard it is the same for all.

One year warranty, but WaltherAmerica is rather liberal when it comes to resolving repair issues.

I think that's a common theme with gun manufacturers. Heck, Ruger doesn't even offer a warranty -- but they'll fix just about any manufacturer-related problem (and even some shooter induced ones) without question.

Most of these companies put out a pretty good product. I think they've learned that if they keep the shooters happy, they'll come back for more. That's especially important today where places like this forum can spread bad news faster than a case of poison ivy at summer camp (I used some restraint -- other analogies came to mind!)
