I just wanted to give my final verdict regarding my PPKS purchase last month. I believe that I have all the kinks worked out.

1. I got three of the flat floor magazines (factory). They work great. The ones with the plastic finger rest seem to give me problems and do not lock into place reliabily.

2. Using some automotive epoxy putty, I was able to make the wood grips fit rock solid so that they do not shift and interfere with the magazine's ability to properly lock. See how they shifted below.

3. As other have stated, it did take some time for me to get used to the sights. They are accurate and did no need any adjustment. Actually, I found the gun to be pretty accurate once I got used to it.

4. It had no malfunctions since the gun was new. Having the wood grips in solidly really helped.  And just got to keep it well oiled!

5. The gun does not seem to cut up my hand between the thumb and fore finger as badly since the grips do not shift any more.

Overall, I am much happier with it now than I was a couple of weeks ago.
