I need your help!

I just purchased a new P99c AS, I have Glocks, Sigs & HK's.
What is up with the single action on this pistol?
After a slight take up the triger seem's to stage & then a short pull to fire.

Is it me or is this the norm? Also my P99c has what looks like an extended
mag release?

The date code is 06.

Thanks in advance,
JohnR/CT

I think U wrote to me on Glocktalk, right? Today? I explained the DA/SA trigger - and how it is slightly different dry firing than when live firing.

As for the mag release - yes. All P99s after 2005 have the extended release...

Ship is right.....
when dryfiring the SA is long.....
this is called "AS" or "antistress".... which if you care to do so, allows you to carry the P99 cocked and still have a long trigger travel......
once you fire a round your trigger reset will be short ......go shoot it.. you will like it alot...
