I don't have a pic right now.. and the videos of how to are down....
but it is fairly simple......
unload gun (remove mag), check chamber is empty, remove slide, take the cover (striker retaining plate) off on the rear, remove decock button, pull out striker assembly.
pull the spring back about 1 inch and you can take the plastic shimms off the striker. These are two halfs on the front of the striker, that hold the spring in place and look like half moons when looked at from the front.
If you put the cocked indicator part of the striker assembly on the table or slide it backwards into the slide it will be easy to pull the spring back to remove the shimms
