I will elaborate more from my other post.
I like the Mepro's better due to the fact that the sights have a white ring around the insert, UNDER the glass. This means that it's much quicker to get a sight picture in daylight/normal shooting conditions. This also means that the white ring will not wear off after some use like some other sights. I also find the Mepro's to be brighter (but that just may be MHO).
Last, but not least, the Mepro's are less $$$, and that's always a good thing. We're not talking a few dollars here, but almost $40. That will buy you a spare mag.
