Im new to this so if this is not the place please tell me.. I have a tool Marked Walther It looks like the Walther Gun logo.. Any ideal on what this is let me know.. here are some photos...

Only thing I can think of as of right now..... DBP stands for "Deutsche Bundespost" or German federal mailservice......

But who knows, I may be way off here

not a currling iron

when you push the handle down the tip will go out about 1/8" has a tit on the bottom side of the end...

I have no idea what it is, but the term "Western Germany" rather than "West Germany" suggests pre-1950 manufacture, before arms production was again permitted after the war. Probably it has nothing to do with guns, but is some sort of measuring or adjusting tool, as the marking indicates that it has a working range from 2.3 to 4 mm.
