I had some time to kill so I went back through ALL the posts...

What I've learned from Walther Forums, so far….

I can remember when the go to beginning tab only went about 8 pages deep…
That most use 9mm…
Black is the most popular color…
The original frame design with trigger hump was highly favored…
The Picatinny rail is good it is not that important to most shooters….
The AS is the most popular trigger configuration…
That Walther/Walther America needs to do a better job of product marketing…
Walther America customer service is one of the best around….
Trijicon sights are the best, Mepro are good but fit sloppy, X 24/7 are great for combat…
Frame warpage was a problem but seems to have been fixed…
Slide Spring stops wear out first….
Guide rods would be preferred to be made of steel…
Mag plate failures have been a problem for .40's in the past…
Most, if not all, would prefer and all German made Walther, whatever caliber…
Earl's is way too over priced…
AS model should NOT be discontinued for the US market…
A list of countries, armies, LEA's that use the Walther should be provided by Walther…
Walther needs to make a pistol caliber rifle to match the P99, similar to the G22…
Walther needs to find some top shooter to sponsor for name recognition…besides 007…
A company sponsored torture test should be conducted to satisfy the civilian market…
The Polymer grip is a little on the slick side…
Trigger pull lightened some by installing a Glock striker spring, cutting 5-6 coils off original Walther spring worked better…
Wolf trigger springs had several FTF issues…
DO NOT CHANGE ANYTHING ON FACTORY WEAPON IF IT WILL BE USE FOR PERSONAL PROTECTION
Many would like to see a factory .357 sig or .45 ACP…
Early Walther's marketed for Europe sighted for 124 gr. 9mm…later US for 115 gr.AS Trigger smoothes out nicely after 500 rds or so…500 is the magic number for break in…
Walther has a fully supported chamber…
Dr. Lunde has provided great info and fantastic pictures….
Sniper350 provides great tactical/legal shooting advice…
