I bought a set of Speed Sights because of the recommendations for them on the forum. I really how they look.

The question I have is has anyone had to lightly sand them to get them to fit?
The front sight fit great. On the rear sight I had to sand a little of the coating off on the rail.
I was wondering if this was normal.

This is my first set of aftermarket sights. I have always used whatever was on the firearm when I bought but the sight picture on the PPQ was driving me crazy 馃槀馃槀

B.L., I've installed multiple sets. I initially used a sight pusher to install, but once I got it stated I could push it in the rest of the way with my thumb.

Thank you for the insight. I don't own a sight pusher. Once I sanded a little of the coating off I was able to push it in the dovetail. It fits like a glove without any wobble or loose play before I tightened the set screw.
Once I take it to the range and set the windage I will use some blue locktight on the set screw.
