By the end of the week I should have my first Walther. I couldn't pass up on the Shoot it, Love it, Buy it deal. It's a PPQ in 45 acp with a threaded barrel. I'm missing fingers on my left hand. On my Glocks and XDms (also striker fired pistols) I was able to purchase aftermarket slide end plates that extended out and allowed me to pull the slide back with the palm of my left hand. Does anyone know if a similar device is available for my PPQ? Thanks.

I don't know of any available for the PPQ.

I will say though, that finding a smaller local machine shop, and becoming friendly with the owner and employees there, has helped me before when I needed specially made parts for cars or guns.

That would be my suggestion. If not that, I'd suggest finding the tallest and squarest rear sight available and doing your best with that.
