does anybody know where i can get extra nuts and stuff for the original sights of a QA?

i was messing around changing sights and as i started shooting the front sight just popped out...

and BTW if anyone can show me the way to purchasing those fancy tools to screw little nuts, the one that jenglish mentions on his videos....
