Yes it is legal in most states.....
there are a few that are restricted to 10 rounds..... however in some of these states it is legal to sell these mags to a Firearms dealer so he may sell them to a LE officer......
California has a approved firearms lists also... so you may not be able to send the P88 and the mags to that state.....
I think there is a place that lists the restricted mag states ...
