Scratched the 2011 itch.
Several years ago I bought a used STI Edge in .40 for some USPSA fun, fantastic gun and platform. I hadn't gotten into competitions for a few years, but I really kinda missed having the 2011 around for fun.
Well I happened upon another used STI that I could not leave without, a demo model DVC 3 Gun in 9mm w/ 5.4" barrel and three 20 round mags.
First 400 through it and it is an absolute nail driver. It equals my Baer in accuracy and luckily the mags are already tuned to perfection so it was a very fun (and expensive) first outing.
The 1911 is near and dear to me, but a 2011 is like the your favorite polymer gun and a 1911 combined.
