[JWR813]

I recently acquired this 1943 PP. It doesn't have the waffenamt stamps so I assume it is a commercial model which makes me wonder what the commercial market was in 1943. Would a police issue be unmarked? The holster looks like a police PPK model but it has no markings other than the name written inside. It came with two unnumbered wartime magazines.
