Q5 aluminum grips

Anyone running the q5 aluminum grips? Are they grippy? Help with mag release?

I'm not sure I'm following you here. The 4" and 5" PPQ grips are the same and Walther's aluminum grips work on both. I don't see why aftermarket grips wouldn't work either.

This is regarding the Q4 and Q5 steel frame PPQ's.
