This is what I was hoping to hear. ThanksThe aluminum grips are really the only grips I care about now on the steel frames. They are just perfect since they are thinner on the sides and on the backstrap. They're actually not as aggressive as the plastic grips but the ability to get a full grip with my schmedium sized hands makes it perfect for me.

I think I went through every PPQ SF available until I stumbled onto the aluminum grips. The aluminum grips are really the only grips I care about now on the steel frames. I agree 100%. I actually use this pistol to accomodate new shooters at static ranges since I can accomodate their hand sizes with the plastic and aluminum grips. I bought two in the event I need to shave down the backstrap even more There's plenty of material back there to thin it out even further without compromising the strength of the grips themselves.I think I went through every PPQ SF available until I stumbled onto the aluminum grips.
For my hands, the aluminum grips are the best.
Awesome! Appreciate the info. I’ll be grabbing a set very soonI agree 100%. Romeo my friend going to buy a set right away.Your welcome! You'll love 'em and the ladies will love you too! Guaranteed!
EDIT: Also wanted to point out they make reaching the standard mag release incredibly easy. The extended button isn't really necessary with the thinner grips.
They have silver too but out of blackshoot Walther only sells the blue one…..so I bought that one…
That was one of my issues with the PPQ 4" and 5" is reaching the mag release button, its somewhat awkwardly spaced (except on the M1). Sucks that the aftermarket ones are only for the full-size PPQs, does anyone know of anyone making them for the 4"?Your welcome! You'll love 'em and the ladies will love you too! Guaranteed!

I'm not sure I'm following you here. The 4" and 5" PPQ grips are the same and Walther's aluminum grips work on both. I don't see why aftermarket grips wouldn't work either. That was one of my issues with the PPQ 4" and 5" is reaching the mag release button, its somewhat awkwardly spaced (except on the M1). I can't seem to find any 4" though, it says PDP Compact/PPQ 5" unless I'm just missing it.I'm not sure I'm following you here. The 4" and 5" PPQ grips are the same and Walther's aluminum grips work on both. I don't see why aftermarket grips wouldn't work either.
This is regarding the Q4 and Q5 steel frame PPQ's.I can't seem to find any 4" though, it says PDP Compact/PPQ 5" unless I'm just missing it.
Yeah I know I was just referring to PPQ M2's because I wanted something similar, looks like I'll only have the option on my 5inchers and not the compacts. Seems like they go out of their way to exclude 4" PPQ's.This is regarding the Q4 and Q5 steel frame PPQ's.
That coat of steel-it stole the show! Looks nice!View attachment 109589
Got mine in yesterday. Didn’t care for the silver so I put a quick coat of Steel-it on em.
Side note: how do I gain access to marketplace on here? I haven’t been able to locate the exact requirements. Thanks
