Problem with Type I Model 9

Greetings from Argentina, I have an issue with a Walther pistol, the pistol does not fully cock and the trigger does not move when I put it on fire, I can't disassemble it because the part in the back appears to be broken, I took it to a gunsmith but he told me the gun had no fix, perhaps the forum can help me. It belonged to my great grandfather who bought it in the 1920s. Excuse my bad English and thanks in advance.

Have you tried to dissassemble it correctly? Anything can be fixed, although down where you are could be an issue getting parts. Looks like your cocked indicater ( back part of firing pin is broken)
Looks like perhaps the entire firing pin assembly and spring is gone as nothing is in the hole viewing from the rear and the gun does not cock. Overall condition appears to show rust. Is the magazine removed? Trigger is in depressed/firing position so that spring might be gone too. Do you feel spring tension when you draw back the slide?

Again, is the magazine removed. The retaining piece at the rear of the slide seems loose. Try a little oil and grasp it with a needle nose pliers and piece of cloth and try and wiggle it out.
