I see that that the 32 acp mags for ther 1960's guns have the Walther stamp on them while the 380 acp PPK that I looked at has no Walther markings on the mags.
So my question is "Should the 380 acp Walther mags for 1960's PPK have Walther stamps or not".

Here's the answer
The .32 ACP magazines you have seen were made in-house by Walther and are marked with the Walther Banner. The .380 mags supplied with German PP/PPK -series pistols were not, and normally were not marked. The .380 mags one sees with Walther Banners were supplied with Interarms American-made pistols. They were first made in the United States and later in Italy by Mec-Gar.
