Just picked up a Ppx. Shoots great and the ergonomics are perfect. Using it to train and learn the ropes of IPSC. Problem is the PPX is not a competition gun. So I ordered both a PPQ M2 5" in 9mm and .22lr. The rumours are true, you can't get just one.

It's on the list of allowable firearms for both standard and production divisions. You'll do well and I have nothing bad to say about the PPX. I've just decided to upgrade once I've got the hang of things.

How do you think the MIM parts would hold up under heavy shooting?

Cool. Thanks for the info. After reading I personally wouldn't be to worried. Walther makes some quality products. If your having issue after issue it's probably made but umarex not walther.
