Ya, so i might buy the navy striker for the ppq i have. I have sunk my weapon a few times trying to cross streams or navigating thru some nasty swamps. I am sure mine would be fine. but that little extra might make a difference. Specially with all the rabid critter around here

The striker in the navy is exactly the same as the striker in any other Q. The difference is the Navy uses a little stronger striker spring and the striker spring keepers are enhanced (have a groove) to allow water to pass. But all that won't make any difference unless the water has someplace to go.....(the hole in the slide, into the striker channel).

Well maybe the extra power spring would be worth getting. I do no not want to replace the one i have now. Its a 5" in 40. It replaced a Glock 22 i have been using as a woods gun for years. I shoot the ppq alot better and the groups are a 1/3 of the size at 100 yards
