Doesn't it come with several front sights of different heights in the box like the P99 and PPQ series?
PPQ Sights
I recently bought a PPQ SC M2 and when I took it out to the range I noticed it is shooting low. To make sure it was not just me, I had several other people shoot the gun too and they mentioned they had to aim high to shoot what they're aiming for. Is there any way to adjust the sight to fix this, or is there any fiber optic sights I can replace them with?

As Kar suggested, changing the front sight would correct the issue.

As jkv and kar have suggested, you will need to change the front sight. It is easily done.
There should have been some additional front sights of different heights included with the gun. If not. Walther CS would probably mail you one.
If you mentioned fiber optic. If you want to do that way, Dawson Precision is the way to go. You might want to give them a call. They can probably walk you through which height front sight you need.

Shooting low?
Check power factor of that crap ammo you got on sale!
At a recent match a chap was shooting white box crap and when it was put through the Crono it wasn't even making minimum power factor.
Pony up for some Sig or Hornady top-shelf stuff and see if it doesen't shoot a good bit higher!!!
THEN worry about the bloody sights!!!

What do you plan to use the gun for?
If it's a carry or defense gun, it only matters how it performs with appropriate defense ammo. Biggest factor is 100% consistent functioning with whatever ammo you choose.
As of now, Federal HSTs are one of the best choices. They have different loads depending on caliber, so there may be one that is right-on for you.
Really, in a defense situation having your aim off by inches isn't going to matter as chances are it's going to be close range, up-close, and personal.
