Before I took the iron sights off they were zero’d. I put on a red-dot and it is zero’d. Can you change the plates back and forth with them remaining zero’d or do you have to re-zero every time?
Thanks

Yep, they'll be pretty close....maybe close enough. Certainly close enough for any SD/HD duties. If you're trying to shoot a gnat in the eyeball at fifty feet, you might want to go back to the range to see if you need to make any additional 'fine' adjustments.

Thanks. I just want to stay in practice with irons and change things up some. Maybe swap every other month shooting at 6” and 8” steel plates at various distances. Would you worry about wearing the threads out over time?
