If you have a newer S&W made PPK/S (PPK/S-1), the PP slide may not mate up with the frame at the rear. I'm not sure, but they did mess with the frame a bit back there, and the mating surfaces may have changed. Does any one know for sure?
I like the sleeker look of the longer PP slide. I know it's not much but it just points better for me.
I have a German Walther so the slide should mate.
I will let you know how it turns out.
Slide and barrel have arrived. Now need instructions on taking off the old barrel and installing the new one. It looks like I can remove the pin and knock/take out the old one. Then just reverse the procedure for the new one. How would I press the new one in? Is there some information on the web I can get. Tried a search with google and came up empty.
