As some of you may know or not know I run the Bersa board http://bersatalk.com
One of our members is the factory warrenty gunsmith he handles all the bersa work for our members and of course non members.. He posted this earlier today Since I have a PPK/S I thought I would pass on.

Everyone be advised, in the last 60 days we have had several T380's come in with swelled barrels from having a squib load situation. ALL THESE WERE WITH WINCHESTER WHITE BOX AMMO!!!!! We have contacted Winchester who is currently looking into the problem and is prepared to replace the firearms we have in our repair center. IF YOU HAVE THIS HAPPEN!!! DO NOT DISPOSE OF THE BOX OF AMMO. Winchester will want the remainder of the ammunition for their inspection.

If we can assist you in this please contact us.

Thank you I have omitted his name as I don't have his permission to post here

I just posting to advise of a possible problem. I sure wouldn't want to be rapid fireing a PPK/S or PPK and get a squib.
This is only info I have at present You can check for more info later a bersatalk.com

If you have lot numbers on the boxes of ammo, that would help.

I had 2 under powered rounds in the same 50 round box of 9mm. I quit using WWB and switched to CCI Blazer after that...

Sorry to hear that it has caused people issues... That sucks...
