PPK/S 380

Picked this up today. It's a S&W, 2013 model. It was $100 less then an Interams at another store, which was just the pistol, mag, nothing else.
This came with the case, owner's manual, 2 mags, even the lousy lock. Also the spent shell envelope that showed the date.

Do you know if a recall has been done on it? There would be a mark on the tang.

I have a PPK from S&W from that same timeframe bought at a gun show. It took several trips to Walther to get it right. But it shoots good ammo well.

The S&W recall of PPK & PPK/S pistols is discussed at the "Recalls" section of the Walther website. Just type "recalls" into Walther's search engine.

I saw the info about the recall and looked it up. It covers pistols made up to 2009. Mine is a 2013 gun. Mine should be good. Now I need to get out and find what ammo it likes.
