Sorry Pader, we are unable to date your gun. No listing available for PPK/L. Assumed your gun is chambered in 7,65mm, I would guess a yom ~1956.

I don't think so, Gonzo. It would be nice though, as all the Mr. Balcar's books in Czech are great.

Just received, direct from Prague, the two-volume reference “Self-charging (Automatic) pistols of the German Army 1933-1945” by Jan Balcar. Literally every pistol adopted by German forces. Looks like excellent information, but I’ve only google translated a few paragraphs since I don’t read Czech. I currently have 10 of the models covered in the book, and covet several others, so I suspect I’ll be forced translating some additional paragraphs as well.

Me Balcar was very helpful and informative but would not agree to ship his books to me, so I used an online bookseller.
