Hi,

Forgive me if this is a dumb question, but I am a Walther newb.

Does anyone know if a PP barrel will work in a PPK?

Also, what is required to change a .32 caliber PP/PPK into a .380 caliber. Do you just need a new barrel and mags, or are more new parts required?

Thanks in advance.

A PP barrel will theoretically work in a PPK. Remember that you'll get a noticeable protrusion out the muzzle though- not very James Bond- sexy.

To convert .32ACP into a .380ACP, you will need a new barrel, new slide, and magazines. I've done this with my PPK/S, and the conversion was perfect.

Do a search with my username, I did a conversion a while back. The pin location is different in the pp vs. ppk barrel, so the pin notch on the barrel will need to be dremmelled a bit. Also, changing calibers require changing slides as well, which is a little expensive, but a fellow did it a while back with a S&W ppk/s.
