According to bspring's post...

P99QA - Trigger Job by bspring

Removing a few coils to reduce trigger pull... is this advisable or even safe? Has anyone other than bspring done this? I do love my QA40cal though reducing trigger pull from 7lbs to 4lbs would really make it even more lovable

I repsponded to the previous post, no problems after 300 rounds. I would consider it a range gun and not a duty pistol. Not that it is dangerous in any way, there always could be a chance of the pistol not going off when you need it? As I mentioned before, primer strike on spent shell is just as pronounced when stock vs modified.

I perform lots of trigger work on HK rifles, Cetmes, and AR-15's. I'm always messing around with some new toy I pick up.
