I will be taking a tactical Training course and will need a OWB holster for my P99c. I won't be using it except for this course and, I guess, other courses I may take in the future, so I want to spend as little as possible. Thanks for any suggestions.

I'd suggest a Fobus paddle. It's $24.95 full list, but can be found cheaper. It'll work for the compact or full size. I own one for just about every gun I own.

I would also give the nod to the Fobus. I own two paddles and use them for my compact and full size. The serve me well for CCW and for USPSA shooting....
