P99 vs. SW99

Anyone know any good websites siting the differences between these two pistols? My buddy can't stop running his mouth saying that they are "exactly the same gun"...lol.

SW99 stainless slide and barrel, P99 carbon steel slide and barrel.
Receiver internals are identical, frames are cosmetically different. Slide internals are identical.
Fit and finish is slightly better on the P99's i've seen.
